Bob Mosher & Alfred Remmits
Bob Mosher has been active in the world of Learning & Development for more than 40 years and is one of the most important speakers in the field of workplace learning worldwide. He provides weekly Webinars and training on the trends in learning and development, in particular on the innovative development of workplace learning solutions. Bob Mosher is the CEO of Apply Synergies and together with Dr. Conrad Gottfredson the developer of the 5 Moments of Need methodology; in 2010 Bob and Con published the well-known book "Innovative Performance Support Solutions". Bob has previously served as Director of Learning & Development at Microsoft and advises a number of large international organizations, including Facebook, the U.S. government, Deloitte, McKinsey, Boeing and many other organizations, on how to innovate their training approach and design and develop powerful workplace learning solutions.
Alfred Remmits has been the founder of several companies in the world of Learning & Performance Support, including one of the largest IT training companies in the Netherlands in the late 80’s and one of the leading Global Performance Support companies in early 2000. Alfred is a regular speaker at learning events and is recognized internationally for his views on 70-20-10, Performance Support, Adaptive Learning and the topic of “Big Data in Learning & Development”. Alfred spends about 50% of his time supporting Learning & Development organizations in the US and 50% in Europe. Alfred advises companies like the Dutch Police, the Dutch Navy, Vattenfall, ASML, the Dutch Tax authorities, Bayer and many others on the successful implementation of workflow learning and performance support solutions.
