Denna Microsoft 365-kurs rustar dig för att sätta upp och bibehålla en Microsoft 365-instans med fokus på dess Collaboration-komponenter, såsom Exchange Online, SharePoint Online och Teams, inklusive federation med redan existerande konton.

Kursen beskriver hur man konfigurerar, konfigurerar och hanterar en Office 365-tennant inklusive identiteter och de centrala tjänsterna i Microsoft 365. Du lär dig planera och utföra konfigurationen av en Office 365-tennant inklusive integration med befintliga användar-identiteter samt planera, konfigurera och hantera kärntjänster.
Kursen är baserad på funktionerna som finns tillgängliga i Office 365 E3-licensen eftersom dessa är kärnfunktionerna i Office 365 och Microsoft 365 planer.
Även om den här kursen och de tillhörande laborationerna är skrivna för Office 365 i kombination med Windows 11, är det som lärs ut även bakåtkompatibelt med Windows 10.
Målgrupp och förkunskaper
Kursen riktar sig till dig som skall utföra planering, utformnung, utrullning och administration av en Microsoft 365 Collaboration-miljö, tidigare kallat Office 365, samt även den som skall administrera en befintlig miljö, då detta förutsätter vissa insikter rörande utformningen.
För dig som enbart skall administrera och supporta användare i en Office 365-miljö och söker en mindre teknisk utbildning för detta, rekommenderar vi vår kurs Microsoft 365 för support och helpdesk.
Som deltagare förväntas du ha kunskaper i och erfarenhet av att hantera följande:
- Infrastruktur baserad på Windows Server 2012
- DNS och AD DS
- Certifikat, inklusive PKI
- PowerShell

- Lync Server eller Skype for Business Server

Managing Users and Groups in Office 365
After setting up your Office 365 tenant, the next stage is to give access to users. In this module, you will learn how to create, manage and license users in Office 365, via PowerShell and using synchronization with on-premises directory services. This module also introduces the different types of groups available in Office 365 and how they are used.
You will then learn how to manage administrative access using Role Based Access Control (RBAC).

Deploying and Configuring Tools and Applications for Office 365
This module looks at the tools and client applications you can use to connect to Office 365. You will learn about the options for configuring and deploying the Apps for Microsoft 365 (previously known as Microsoft Office/Office 365 Pro Plus) across web, Windows, Mac OSX and mobile platforms

Planning and Managing Exchange Online
In this module, you will learn to create and manage mailboxes including shared group and resource mailboxes as well as distribution lists. You will then learn about Exchange Online permissions which offer more granular control of Exchange Online Administration than the Office 365 Administration roles.
This module also considers Mail Flow rules and email protection including anti-spam and anti-malware.
